My name is Vadim Shantor, and I am the founder of Osnova.

For more than twenty years, construction has been more than just my profession - it has been a vocation that I approach with genuine respect and dedication. Throughout these years, I have had the privilege of delivering projects of every scale, from the meticulous restoration of historic buildings to the creation of contemporary premium interiors.

Over time, I have become increasingly convinced that true quality is not built on ambitious promises, but on discipline, engineering precision, and unwavering attention to detail. That is why, at our company, there is no such thing as an insignificant detail. Every decision, every material, and every stage of construction must be justified not only by aesthetics but also by sound engineering principles and professional judgment.

I firmly believe that construction is, above all, a responsibility. A responsibility to our clients. To architects. And to the people who will live or work in the spaces we create for many years to come.

This is why our goal has never been to complete as many projects as possible. What truly matters to us is that every project becomes a work we can be proud of - not only today, but ten or even twenty years from now.

A new chapter. Spain.

After more than twenty years in the construction industry, I have come to understand one simple thing: truly great projects are born where there is inspiration. A few years ago, I found that inspiration in Spain.

At first, it was a country I simply wanted to return to again and again. Then, more and more often, I began to imagine what a modern home in this extraordinary place should be like. A home that would become an extension of its natural surroundings - filled with light, air, and a profound sense of calm. At some point I realized that I did not simply want to spend time here. I wanted to build here. And so, a new chapter in the history of Osnova began.

For many years, our team has delivered complex projects in St. Petersburg, from the restoration and renovation of historic buildings to the construction of contemporary premium developments. This experience has taught us one fundamental lesson: architecture can only be truly beautiful when it is built on engineering precision, discipline, and respect for every detail. This is the approach we are now bringing to Spain.

I fully understand that building a home in another country is not only a dream, but also a process that raises many questions. How do you choose the right plot of land? Who can you trust with the design? Who will oversee the quality of the work? How can you be certain that the final result will live up to your expectations?

Over the years, I have come to believe that the primary responsibility of a construction company is not simply to build a house. What matters far more is creating a sense of confidence and peace of mind for the client at every stage of the journey. That is why we take full responsibility for every project, giving equal attention to major decisions and the smallest details.

Spain is an extraordinary place. Here, contemporary architecture exists in harmony with nature. This is why I want to create homes here that will bring joy to their owners not only today, but for many years to come.

Apart - hotel "Well"
Osnova carried out a comprehensive scope of construction, engineering, and interior finishing works for the central lobby of the WELL Apartment Hotel. The project included the construction of monolithic concrete floors, walls, ceilings, partitions, and architectural elements, as well as plastering and painting works, installation of engineering systems (electrical, cold and hot water supply), and the complete execution of high-quality interior finishing throughout the lobby.
